We take great care in creating, assembling, and packaging your gifts. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of a majority of our products, we do not accept returns at this time, unless the item has arrived damaged or has a defect.

Should you have a problem with your order, please email us at [email protected] and we will work to make it right. If there is damage to a product, please submit photos with your request as this will help us to process your request in a timely manner.
